Cookie Mix -
Kelly, based North of Sydney sourced some some pink and orange smarties to create a custom Creative Finds Cookie mix, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product!
An ideal little gift for young and old alike. I mean, who doesn't like Chocolate Chip Cookies?
And for Christmas, she's put together some Santa themed Cookie Mixes.
Simply add an egg, some butter and vanilla to these dry ingredients, and in 12-15mins you'll have yourself 6 x cookies!
Using all Australian ingredients, and created by hand by Kelly in Sydney's north, the cookie mixes come in a reusable, glass bottle measuring 15cm high.
An instructional swing tag containing ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and most importantly how to bake method is included on each bottle.
And each bottle has a minimum shelf life of 6 x months.
3 Cooks Who Care - a recipe book of tried and tested delights put together by 3 x 13yr old friends.
Whilst isolating during the NSW lockdown earlier in 2020; Ellie, Emily and Lily kept in touch via their iPads and cooking together.
They enjoyed it so much, they decided to make a charity cookbook!
In a challenging year for so many, these girls wanted to help make a difference and after researching various charities, they decided on Oz Harvest.
For every $1 that Oz Harvest receives, two meals can be provided to people who are hungry.
Oz Harvest is Australia's leading food rescue organisation, collecting quality excess food from commercial outlets and delivering it to people in need across the country.
Founded in 2004, Oz Harvest now deliver over 20 million nourishing meals to those vulnerable each year.
From each sale of this recipe book, I am pledging $5 to Oz Harvest = 10 meals.
What a fabulous gift for the tweens and teens to encourage them into the kitchen and ideally make you dinner once a week?! Or at least some cookies...
