An everyday essential, but make it classy!
A reversible oven mitt, I love both the green and the mustard check and am particularly enamoured by the denim trim & hanging loop!
We have quilted this cotton duck fabric ourselves, lined the mitt with a insulated wadding and finished the inside with calico before sewing on the denim trim and loop.
The muted shades of the checkerboard fabric contrast stylishly with the trim and I haven't seen an oven mitt I like more.
Quite a few steps and materials involved in making these kitchen necessities, so I've listed them individually or as a set of two.
Measurements:
Approx 30 cm x 17cm
An oven mitt will make a fabulous housewarming gift or a thank you for a hostess. A great pressie idea for a budding chef or baker too.
