After a super fun "Boarders Weekend" with the girls in Melbourne - where among all the laughs, stories and old photos, there was a heap of eating and drinking - I decided to make this
'Stone Age Bread' and get my healthy on. It was so super easy, you'd be mad not to whip some up yourself. The perfect base for smashed avo and a poached egg. Or load it up with relish and some tomatoes for a quick lunch guaranteed to keep you feeling full. Basically it's just 100gms of the following nuts and seeds, mixed in a bowl with 5 x eggs, 1/2 cup olive oil & some salt. Pour this into a loaf tin and bake for about an hour on 160. Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Almonds, Walnuts, Linseeds/Flaxseeds, Sesame Seeds
That's it. Slice it up and pop them in the freezer to pull out when you want a dense, nutritious and let's face it, virtuous snack. S x
